We cant say enough good things about Q&R. Its a family business and you can really tell the difference. We asked them to design a studio apt for our basement and they delivered a top tier space. Palma mapped out a precise budget and stuck to it. We didnt get any of the usual surprise fees/nickel-and-dime drama that so many contractors pull. Quite the opposite- they went above and beyond with custom cabinetry and a gorgeous shower upgrade. We had some significant delays due to MD county permitting — there were lessons learned all around. And this team went above and beyond to complete the job at warp speed once we had approvals. The team was there every. single. day. knocking out the work. The communication was proactive, accountable and professional. The final design and the experience exceeded all our expectations. It’s absolutely amazing how they transformed a 280 sq foot room into a fully livable apartment. We would work w/Palma and Joe again in a heart beat!

Our project is finished and it is perfect in every way. What a transformation. If I could give them ten stars instead of five, I would do that in a minute. Joe and Pam met with us initially to get our vision for the project. They made some really valuable suggestions, things neither of us had even considered, that brought the whole room together for us. . Their team of workers is the best, easy to work with and they are real artisans. They guided us through the whole process and then performed a miracle in getting all (a kitchen, dining room, bedroom and walk in closet) of this finished in five days…including painting, new flooring, new counters, installation of a flush mount sink with new fixtures, and back splash. We look forward to working with them all again with another project in the fall. For any other future projects, Qualified Remodelers will be the only team we will consider.
